Does Hawaii have any unique table manners and serving techniques when serving food?

I'm doing a research project on Food Customs from around the world and would appreciate some information on Hawaiian serving techniques and table manners. Also, an actual table setting would be appreciated. Links would be greatly appreciated :)

1. It wasnt any different than here in the states. Depending on where you went to eat, some restaurants are a little more classier than others so obviously catered to more a classier group of people.
